Dr Dharmendra Naidu is a lecturer at the Department of Accounting.
His research interests include archival research in financial accounting, management accounting and capital markets.
Specifically, he is interested in issues such as financial reporting quality, managerial ability, inventory management, purchase obligations, cost of equity and value relevance. Dharmendra has published in journals including Journal of Corporate Finance, Australian Journal of Management and Accounting & Finance.
Dharmendra joined Monash University in July 2016 after completing his doctorate degree. Prior to his PhD, Dharmendra worked at The University of the South Pacific.
