Kohyar Kiazad is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Global Business.
His research centres around employees and how they respond to broken promises (from their employer), abusive supervisors, and why people stay in their jobs and careers.
He obtained his PhD in Organisational Behaviour from The University of Melbourne and has been a full-time academic staff member in the Department of Management, since 2012.
Associate Professor Kiazad was appointed Deputy Director of Monash Business School’s Global Centre for Business in July 2019.
