Dr Han-Wei Liu joined the Department of Business Law and Taxation, Monash University as a Lecturer in January 2018.
Prior to his appointment at Monash, he was Assistant Professor of Law at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.
Dr Liu works in the areas of international economic law, international law and global governance, as well as informal technology law.
Before entering academia, he practised with Baker McKenzie and Russin & Vecchi for several years.
Research interests include Law and Technology, Financial Regulation, International Economic Law, International Law & Global Governance
