Karryna is a Doctoral Candidate and educator in the Department of Management at Monash Business School.
Her research explores how gender interacts with communal approaches to leadership. Specifically, how gender roles shape our expectations and evaluations of leaders’ other-oriented behaviours.
Karryna received a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) with first class honours from Monash University.
In 2021, she was awarded as a 2021 Greenleaf Scholar for her research on servant leadership.
