Dr Paul Zhou joined the Department of Management in September 2018 after obtaining his PhD degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
He received his Master’s degree in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Prior to his PhD, Dr Zhou worked in the retail and logistics industry as a buyer and consultant for many years.
His research interests include: sustainable operations management; global supply chain networks; social media and big data analytics and machine learning for business operations
