Stephanie Atto is a Principal Research Consultant in the ACRS research unit, positioned in Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing.

Stephanie specialises in retail and consumer behaviour research, with a particular focus on shopper trends, market performance, and customer satisfaction and experience. At ACRS, Stephanie is the program lead of The SAT Suite, focusing on providing valuable insight and understanding to Australian retail property owners and managers on their relationships with retailers and shoppers.

She is experienced with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and her research interests span a range of areas including customer experience and satisfaction, brand research, and campaign and communication evaluation. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Business Management (Honours First Class) from The University of Queensland.
