Professor Tracey Danaher (previously Dagger) has published articles in leading marketing and healthcare journals.

Her research interests are centred around understanding and solving business problems including advertising and multi-media effectiveness, service environment design, service quality and satisfaction, and customer value co-creation.

She has a particular interest in healthcare marketing including understanding the patient journey and experience. Tracey has won several national and international awards for her work and has been successful in securing funding from the Australian Research Council.
