Dr Xin Ma is a senior lecturer of operations and supply chain management in the Department of Management at Monash Business School.
Before joining Monash University in July 2018, he was Lecturer of Engineering Management (Education & Research) in the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
Dr Ma received a Master in Industrial Logistics Systems and a PhD in Operations Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
His research interests include sustainable operations management, energy management, revenue management, game theory and its applications, and health care management.
One of the journal publications received the 2018 Most Significant Contribution Award from Decision Sciences Journal. His work has also appeared in Decision Sciences, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, Computers & Operations Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Economics.
