Prior to joining Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing, Associate Professor Yelena Tsarenko was Associate Professor of Economics at the Kiev International University of Civil Aviation, Ukraine.

Yelena teaches at both undergraduate and graduate levels in business research methods and services marketing.

She supervises higher degree research students in consumer psychology and services marketing.

Yelena has published in numerous international marketing journals including the Journal of Service Research, European Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Business Research among others.
