Dr Yongfu He is a Senior Lecturer at Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing.

She received her PhD in Marketing from the University of Alberta in 2008 and joined Monash in the same year. Her research, which includes studying consumer behaviour in online auctions,  has appeared in the Journal of Retailing and Marketing Letters, among others. Her current research focuses on consumer decision making in the online retailing, online reviews, and the role of social media in marketing.
